With the help of Dr. Larry Andrews and Troy McCray working with me none of this would be possible. In his executive capacity, the Founder serves as the final authority on standards, direction, and organizational integrity. He ensures that every member aligns with the mission and that the brotherhood operates with unity, structure, and purpose. Through mentorship, decision-making, and example, he reinforces that leadership is a responsibility carried at all times—not a position held when convenient.
